I love my family, living at 8 Point Lake, biking, boating and just being outdoors. Some of my hobbies are amateur radio, cars, woodworking, computer programming, photography, and more. I grew up in Lansing, Michigan. I earned a BS degree in Packaging from Michigan State University in 1965 and have worked as a Packaging Engineer for the Ternsteadt division of GM in Detroit, Spartan Electronics in Jackson, Wright-Patterson AFB in Dayton, OH, and then 25 years at The Upjohn Pharmaceutical Company in Portage, Michigan, retiring in 1998. I built my own home starting in 1993 and did everything except the foundation, drywall and brickwork. I am very interested in the history of Eight Point Lake and of General Motors.
